The Ingest Support Managers will be responsible for supporting our interlock with our business teams with the newly developed Conduent Lead Innovation ingest program.
The position focuses on bringing together subject matter experts, services/platforms, clients and other resources for the innovation team. This can be managing the life cycle of ingest work requests as an Innovation Coordinator, creating and overseeing documentation for innovation, maintaining data quality of all ingest requests, ensuring compliance and qualification of these requests (make sure business issues clear, materials put together, etc.) and facilitate discovery documentation. Primary responsibilities: §Assist in the development of short and long term plans for innovation ingest program, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance §Project oversight for ingest opportunities through the ingest phase §Support performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet desired outcomes §Manage the deliverables for opportunities from concept through the business case cycle of opportunities. Handed to Project Manager after this point to deploy projects. §Ensure database(s) maintenance which include(s) client, revenue, cost, and phase information §Organize and establish meetings on regular basis with designated individuals to foster positive relationships and move ingest items forward §Organize training seminars to address business partner and innovation team needs and identify relevant external training opportunities §Assist with the development of public relations and communications strategies to support program goals and increase awareness Statement of Skills, Knowledge & Abilities §Knowledge of principles and practices of innovation teams §Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects. §Must be highly organized and able to work well with others §Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications and database management §Database management experience §Communication Skills: You will need to be able to express your needs clearly to other employees, and sometimes clients. On any day, you could be talking to top management, or lower-level staff. Good verbal and written communication skills will be ideal §Attention to Detail: A qualified coordinator will need to be able to analyze complex plans, and be able to identify mistakes and inefficiencies.
