You consider accessibility to be essential to web development.
You know the quirks/bugs of each browser and can work around them without breaking a sweat.
You stay abreast of the latest developments in HTML5 and CSS3, and know when it's appropriate to implement them.
You've worked on projects that comprise many dozens of templates and have strategies on how to handle large projects.
You've integrated front-end templates into a web application or CMS and can read unfamiliar languages.
You have a favorite JS library, have used others, and can write raw JS without the need of a library.
You know when to write code and when to use existing code.
You're comfortable and experienced with using front-end debugging tools.
You've experimented with implementing adaptive/responsive layouts.
You enjoy collaborating with designers on developing the UI interactions.
You create documentation that is helpful to others.
You find version control systems essential, can adapt to SVN or Git, and have no trouble branching and merging.
You've collaborated with other developers on the same codebase.
You're comfortable using ticketing/bug-tracking systems for development and maintenance.
You don't feel lost on the Unix command line.
You can juggle multiple projects at once.
You jump at the opportunity to learn something new.
You rarely meet a problem you haven't been able to solve.
You're opinionated on best practices and can justify them.
You have a great sense of humor.
You’ve built pages with Responsive Web Design.
You can explain the differences between various programming methodologies (procedural, functional, object-oriented).
You're fluent in a server-side scripting language and/or SQL.
You've open-sourced code you've written.
… and published it on GitHub/BitBucket/etc.
… and maintained it, accepting patches, etc.
You've participated in open-source projects.
