React Native Engineer for Lenus eHealth - Shape the future of the sports and fitness industry
Lenus eHealth help fitness professionals build a strong and sustainable business by offering them an all-in-one platform for online coaching together with advisory on business development, marketing and personal branding. The digital product offering includes a full-suite CRM solution for personal trainers to manage their clients, as well as coach-branded web and mobile apps for end-users to receive programmes for meals and workouts, track progress over time and communicate with the coach.
Founded in 2016, Lenus eHealth are currently the market leaders in Denmark and Sweden and are at a low start to take over new countries. Proud to have already helped people lose over 100 000 kg, they are confident that this number will grow exponentially following an international expansion.
The tech-stack you'll work with Node.JS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, ReasonML, React Native (Expo - Managed & Bare Workflow), React Native Web, React.JS and ReasonReact.

Help move a market-leading product forward As a Software Engineer, your mission will be to help moving the product efforts forward by either participating in or leading the product development projects. You will also assist with building estimates and adopt best practices in software engineering design, testing, documentation, build, deployment, and operations. Furthermore, you will own key components within our platform. "Owning" means envisioning, designing, creating, building, and supporting.
It's expected that you will be an active member of the team and will join and lead discussions around different platform initiatives. Occassionally, you take charge in troubleshooting and maintaining high quality and low bug count in the core products.
In addition to the above, your mission as a React Native Engineer is also to implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs and contribute to building up the Design System and interfacing with Backend via GraphQL. You have an understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.
As a React Native Engineer, you implement smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience. You create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications. You will also ship OTA updates frequently and Native app store updates regularly and write E2E tests (e.g. Detox) & Storybook stories.
