TITLE: QA Manager
REPORTS TO: CTO
TigerText is seeking an experienced leader in QA Engineering to lead QA engineering efforts for the automation platform architecture and implementation, and manage all testing activities for our HIPAA compliant messaging and workflow optimization platform that services the healthcare industry.
In addition to managing a team, the QA Manager will work with product managers, developers, and client services to ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.
