As Full Stack Software Engineer

You will be an integral part of holoride’s Platform Team whose mission is to build our web service from scratch. Your day to day job involves both frontend (Elm / JavaScript / HTML / CSS ) and backend (Elixir / OTP / Phoenix) development - you should feel confident working on both ends. You will be working closely with all stakeholders to understand holoride’s business requirements as well as the needs of our customers and translate them into a scalable and reliable solution. At holoride, we strongly believe in the idea of DevOps, that’s why you, as part of the Platform Team, will be in charge of the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of our platform.

A strong intrinsic drive to learn new skills, explore new technologies and programming languages, should be part of your DNA in order to adapt to new requirements, technological changes, and enable us as a startup to move fast.

What you’ll bring along

• Solid understanding of web technologies
• Proficient in Elixir / OTP or similar programming languages
• Proficiency in Elm / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
• Experience with SQL & No-SQL databases
• A track record of applying Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
• Eager to work in an agile Scrum environment
• Good written and verbal English language skills
• Valid work authorization in Germany

Bonus qualifications

• Experience with ecosystems like AWS and/or Google Cloud
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
